MTH 655 LAB7: simple DD/parallel solver

Synopsis: this lab is a fundamental step in the introduction to HPC.
You will learn how to use HPC cluster and in particular, how to write/run parallel algorithms. Please follow very closely my instructions. We are guests on the cluster and we should abide by a gentleman's rules.
In particular, PLEASE SUBMIT only at most one job at a time.

You will run examples that I recommend, and test their convergence and parallel efficiency. Also, you will implement your own example.
