- Anybody registered can participate.
- There will be no registration fee but bring some cash for lunch.
- Anybody registered and verified by organizers (to be a human involved in research in direction of the Seminar) can give a presentation.

Talks:
Every talk is 15 minutes long (short) including
time for questions. The order of talks will be announced when all
speakers have arrived. It is best if talks are prepared in PDF format
and are on a flash drive so as to avoid technical snafus.
