SCOUT is analysis and modeling software for reflectance, transmission, absorption and ellipsometry, by Wolfgang Theiss. Here is the SCOUT technical manual dated 2018. Here is an html version dated 2012. (please do not post on a public site).

SCOUT is stored on PC5 in Weniger 118, and has a single-user license. Please close the software if you are not using it, so that others can access it. This is espcially important if you are in remote mode. Only one person can access the computer remotely at a time.
