Homework should be done on a regular basis. There are two components to the homework:

First Component:

In general, about 4 problems will be assigned from each section, and about 3assignments are due each Thursday starting the second week of the term. There is a 10% penalty per day on parts of the assignment not done on time.
    
Second Component:
   -Practice Problems from the text for you to keep up with.

There are minimal practice assignments for each section in the study guide. These are listed in the study guide and are available here.
