Prerequisites for Historic Stern-Gerlach Experiment
- Familiarity with introductory electromagnetism
- Familiarity with angular momentum at the introductory level
- Familiarity with the Bohr model
- An object with a definite circular orbit has angular momentum
- a current loop (generated by single electron moving in a circle) will not experience force in a magnetic field appropriate for translation (only for rotation)
