Today did not go as I thought it would. I keep thinking that things will go similar to how they went when I took the class. When we started exploring with the light sensors, I went around to the table groups to explain what they would be doing. When the groups started exploring with the sensors I asked some questions about what they were finding and then having them use the other materials to explore more and see how the materials reflect light. Each group found out that light reflected off the foil and lighter colored paper more than it reflected off darker colored paper and material. I felt somewhat out of sorts and didn't expect how class went. I thought we would have them present what they found but we didn't. I feel they all understand the light sensors and understand reflectivity from this activity. Courteney Vogt
