At this time, we hand out a piece of cardboard with an invitation to explore light and shadows with a friend or family member and the explanation that such assignments will be a way to immediately begin teaching what they have been learning in class.
We also call attention to the Welcome handout, our recommendation to join NSTA in lieu of buying a textbook, description of the homework assignment, and lab report.
