Leica Microscope
Located in Wngr 481, the Leica microscope is a useful tool for looking at film surfaces, small crystals etc.
- Magnification of up to 1500.
- Lit from above and below
- polarized light
- camera allows one to take and process images

Calibration
The scaling can be calibrated in the Leica software for each lens. An AFM standard from the Minot lab is used for the calibration.
