CAMCOR

CAMCOR, the Center for Advanced Materials in ORegon, is located at the Loki Building on the campus of the University of of Oregon in Eugene, about a hour's drive to the south. We can use the facilities at internal user rates.

We have used EPMA, SEM (cross section and plane), XPS, and we helped them set up an optical T&R system similar to ours. Explore the options.
