+Our PLD and Hall facilities are in MASC, so we allow others to use them, but subject to JT approval. (In the case of PLD, depends on our usage and what materials they want to use).  Hall system is more or less pro-forma, but we have to train people.  David Mc's spectrometers are also in MASC.
