Downloading ChemDraw Software if you are at OSU (2011):

Dr. Paul Cheong in chemistry received a grant from OSU TRF to help fund a site license for OSU to use Cambridgesoft ChemdrawUltra. Together with funds provided by the Department of Chemistry and College of Pharmacy, this makes four years of ChemdrawUltra access for everyone at OSU. This is a superior drawing program that professional chemists use to produce figures, schemes, and structures for publication.  Here are the directions for downloading the software.  Note:  this is a very large file – it took ten minutes on the hardwire in the chemistry building.

In order to get a copy and a serial code:

1) Goto http://sitelicense.cambridgesoft.com/sitelicense.cfm?sid=1313

2) Put in your OSU e-mail address (anything ending with orst.edu or oregonstate.edu).

3) Click continue on the next page.

4) On the final page titled, "CambridgeSoft Fulfillment System", you will have links to the PDF manual as well as Chemdraw programs in Mac and Windows platforms.
