Zhenhua
Wu was born in Anhui, P. R. China in 1988. He obtained his BS (2010) degrees
from Peking University and is now pursuing PhD track study in organic
chemistry at OSU. Zhenhua's research explored several themes, including
the development of applications for 8,8´-biquinolyl scaffolds in
enantioselective catalysis, the study of ligand mediated stereoinductive
reagent-controlled homologation (i-StReCH), and establishing the new method of eliminative cross-coupling for the stereospecific synthesis of alkenes. Beside his studies, Zhenhua
also enjoys playing basketball and photography.
