These pictures of Ectophylla alba (white/ghost "tent-making" bats) were taken by Miguel Cifuentes-Jara and offered to be posted at the BI10x website, when he was a GTA in the course (Winter 2005). Miguel took these pictures near the La Selva Biological Station in the Northern lowlands of Costa Rica. The leaf they are roosted under belongs to a Heliconia spp. plant.
