This chart demonstrates the Seebeck coefficient of Type K (chromel-alumel) thermocouples as a function of temperature.  It is used to convert from potential to Kelvin. (Reference: The calibration of thermocouples and thermocouple materials [microform] / G.W. Burns and M.G. Scroger.)
