====== Travel ======
   -  Fill in the form online at [[http://www.physics.oregonstate.edu/forms-available|http://www.physics.oregonstate.edu/forms-available]] that gives the bookkeeper information about the conference you plan to attend, and the dates of travel, and the index the travel will be paid on.  This must be done WELL BEFORE you leave to ensure reimbursement.
  -   Ask the main office to register you for the conference, using the departmental credit card.  Give information about the index to used for payment.  This saves reimbursement requests later.
  -   Make your own hotel arrangements - keep receipts so that you can request reimbursement later
  -   Make your travel arrangements using OSU's travel agent (JT usually uses Teel's).  Plane tickets booked through Teels will be charged to OSU when you give them the contact at ASBC who will process the payment, but the process won't work unless you have filled in the local form (see 1).
  - On your return, seek reimbursement by filing in the travel reimbursement form at [[http://www.physics.oregonstate.edu/forms-available|http://www.physics.oregonstate.edu/forms-available]]
