RDF Panel

The RDF panel computes and displays the radial distribution function. There is a large amount of noise in the rdf so it must be averaged over many timesteps. The progress of the averaging is shown directly above the graph area. Once the computation is done, the rdf is displayed in the graph area. The x-axis is in units of angstroms, and the y-axis is the rdf which is unitless (often called g(r) ).

The panel will continue to compute rdfs until you click away from it.
