Potential Panel

In this panel you can change the attributes of the potential. You can change the values of epsilon and sigma, and see what the potential looks like with those values. Just change the numbers in the boxes and hit the "Graph" button to see what the potential looks like. Be careful not to choose values that are too high or too low, because the scaling of the graph may make it hard to see what it looks like.

You can also change the cutoff length in a similar manner. Once you have a new set of parameters that you want to try out, hit the "Apply" button to make the values apply to the simulation. Now the simulation is using your new potential.
