Energy Panel
The energy panel displays graphically the total energy of the simulation
in real time as the simulation progresses. The x-axis is the timestep.
Note that this is not measured from the beginning of the simulation, but
from the point at which the graph started recording data. The timestep
size is 0.01 ps, however the value particular value
of the x-axis is not particularly important. When the graph becomes
full, it clears itself and starts recording data again. The y-axis
is the energy. The y-axis
scaling automatically adjusts itself to the data. Hence, if the scale
is too large to see the detail that you want, simply wait until the
graph is full, and it will clear itself and rescale.
Energy units are in electron volts.
