K. Krane, "Modern Physics". Chapter 7, Problems 4, 5 and 11 (1 pt. each); Problem 6 (2 pts.); and either Problem 13, or Problem 15 (each worth 2 pts.).

Problem 13 is a good exercise for integrating by parts -- one has to use the integration by parts scheme four times!, but it is a pretty straightforward job. In problem 15, by contrast, you don't need to integrate because between a0 and 1.01a0 the function does not change very much, so that one can approximate the integral by the function value at a0 multiplied by the range width, i.e., by 0.01a0.
