1.  There was a slight typo on number 3.  I had meant to ask about the
    error f(t)-vcheb, similar to f(t)-v in the previous question.  It is
    fixed now.

2.  Also on question 3, be sure that you are plotting the Chebyshev nodes,
    not the original equally-spaced data.

3.  Be careful if you copy/paste from a pdf.  In particular, underscores
    and braces do not copy.
