1. Read work thoroughly once.
2. Comment (positive and negative) on the work with respect to each of the following:
   1. Give a very brief summary of the application in the paper.
   2. How has mathematical modeling linked seemingly disparate sciences?
   3. What physical/biological insights have been made due to studying these models that were not obvious from experiment or observation of nature?
3. Technical writing should be concise and direct. Comment on which sentences could be shortened or left out with no loss of importance.
4. Comment on the readibility of the work. Are the arguments clear? Is the paper layout and format appropriate?
