Unlike traditional laboratories, often run by TA's, our activities are integrated into the total classroom experience. A study by M.S. student, Katherine Meyer, showed that some of our most effective activities had several characteristics in common. They were very short, containing at most 3-5 question. (If you have several points to get across, try breaking your activity up into several separate activities.
