Highlights of the activity

1. This small group activity is designed to provide practice evaluating and interpreting (scalar) line integrals.
2. Students work in small groups to determine the amount of chocolate on a pretzel.
3. The whole class wrap-up discussion emphasizes the “Use what you know!” strategy for evaluating (line) integrals.
