Prerequisites for Schrodinger Equation
- Students need a solid understanding of Dirac notation, probability calculations, and state collapse
- Students need basic calculus, enough to recognize a differential equation and see a solution tested for it
- They need a strong understanding of what an eigenvalue equation is
- A strong understanding of operators and basis states is very helpful
