Moon Paper
The moon paper is the culmination of an entire term of learning about the moon. There are several segments to writing the moon paper. Students are asked to write about their observations and predictions and how those have influenced their development of an explanatory model of the phases of the moon. The instructor asks for multiple drafts of each section of the paper so that each can be critiqued and altered to become as thorough and as explanatory as possible.
