If you are looking from above, the moon's shadow stays the same no matter what position it is in. | How are other people on earth seeing the moon? |
It's interesting that they know the distance to the sun, even though we learned about how things seem bigger when they are close up, even if they are actually smaller than something in the distance. | How/when does the moon rise/set? The visual representation is complicated. |
I learned that molecules run out, they don't change. | Will we be using heats and waters next class, or will it be a different material that doesn't require water to explore heat and temperature? |
The boiling point plateaus. The temperature doesn't keep rising. The energy that goes into changing the state does not change the temperature. | How do you wrap your head around a three dimensional system from all of these two dimensional drawings and diagrams? |
Impurities in the water will change the boiling point. | Why does aluminum foil hold in heat, but it's not really that hot when it comes out of the oven? |
