====Reflection==== Today I instructed the class in an activity about light reflecting off a mirror and how that differs from light reflecting off a table or surface that isn't smooth. I was a little nervous to teach this because it had been awhile since I had done this activity but I think it went well. Each table had a mirror and a flash light and one person would stand with the flash light shining on the mirror and one person would stand on the other side of the mirror. The light reflects off the mirror and hits the other person and because the mirror is smooth light hits the glass and reflects straight up and hits the person and it is not seen in all directions. I talked about the angle of incidence and the angle of reflection and how they are equal to each other because the light reflects at the same angle. I also showed on the board what it looks like when light hits a non smooth surface. I think that I explained things well today and it was a little easier to talk in front of the whole class. I was still nervous that I would mess up but I think everything worked really well today. -Courteney Vogt
