What's working/not working for them? Why do people leave? How to motive and maintain interest, income level of parents who have students who come into STEM disciplines (financial aid records)? first generation students? What support is being offered? Should be offered for students underrepresented in STEM fields? Influence of budget cuts on programs such as SMILE?
