Devlin Montfort is Assistant Professor in the School of Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering in the College of Engineering.

His research interests include conceptual change, personal epistemology and the diffusion of innovations. In each area he is interested in how existing theoretical approaches can be refined for application to engineering learning, and in how these refined theories can help guide the practices of undergraduate engineering education.
