Abstract:

Using ICPAES to detect iron and nickel metal concentrations for a point of comparison between low- and high-grade vodkas, it was determined that the iron concentration was reduced by 89.1% and the nickel concentration by 72.0% after two passes through a commonly available activated charcoal filter.
